About the Author

I’m Rajesh Yadav, a Mechanical Engineer and Six Sigma Black Belt with 27+ years of leadership experience in automotive manufacturing, quality assurance, and process optimization. My expertise spans Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO/TS 16949, and industry-standard tools including APQP, PPAP, and FMEA. I’ve applied these across multiple domains – from diesel engines and commercial vehicle assembly to electric vehicles, precision machining, sheet metal forming, and electronic components etc.

In today’s data-driven manufacturing landscape, I’ve recognized a pivotal transformation: traditional automotive approaches are increasingly inadequate for handling modern data volumes and complexity. The industry’s future lies in predictive intelligence, where Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI are revolutionizing quality control, process optimization, and operational decision-making.

To master these emerging technologies, I pursued structured education beginning with NPTEL foundational courses, followed by enrollment in the prestigious ‘Executive Post Graduate Certification in Data Science & Artificial Intelligence at iHUB, IIT Roorkee’. This advanced training has enabled me to combine my extensive industry experience with cutting-edge data science capabilities, including predictive analytics, advanced data classification, and real-time machine behavior modeling – converting complex data into tangible industrial solutions.

Through Matistics.com, I bridge the gap between traditional manufacturing expertise and modern data analytics, delivering actionable insights that empower engineers and industry leaders to drive the next wave of manufacturing innovation.

Join me in shaping the future of automotive manufacturing through Data Science and AI. Let’s collaborate to transform data into breakthrough solutions – connect with me on LinkedIn to continue the conversation.
